In simple terms, hydraulic seals prevent leakage from the cylinder.  However, the act of sealing is not so simple when considering the requirements of tremendous pressure and extreme temperatures, along with an abusive environment. 

DSC offers a wide range of seals to combat these harsh conditions, tooled in many sizes for common hydraulic cylinder applications, along with numerous engineered, abrasion resistant materials.  If it is not already tooled, we can easily design and tool for other sizes as well.  Additionally, DSC can provide cost effective and robust PTFE based parts, complimentary to these sealing elements, when necessary, to further simplify your supply base.
